Add functionality for samplingLevel #24

The API has the option to specify the sampling level with options of DEFAULT, FASTER or HIGHER_PRECISION. Would be nice to have these available.

I've done this at johnstantongeddes/RGoogleAnalytics@e9d7c4e7c21. Will submit PR.
