Where do i download the library for the java development? #76

Hi I found this today and I have mostly 2 questions

where do I download the library? (I'm using IntelliJ so if it's a way to directly add it. it worked too).
does it works whit java 1.8 (I guess it does but I'm not sure if it dos).

--none important questiens--

can I use sockets to make a program that runs in a computer craft computer communicate whit a normal java coded one?

And i can't install it on the turtle(or most it be a computer?)

After it says Zip scanned. Unarchiving...
i get

No such program
