Feature

Description

Modify the cloudformation templates to create a group which have read only access on all the resources created via the current template. This group will be used to provide developer access to the resources.

Expected Behavior

Group should have read only permissions and admin should be able to add users easily in that group.

Current Behavior

No such group in cloudformation template.
