USB vs Clovercorn controllers order

Hi.
I'd like to set 4 players games with 4 controllers..
Hakchi is reading USB controllers first, than Original controllers
Is there a way to change what Hakchi reads first (and set as primary controller per core?)
Cause You have to navigate through games list with original controller (in port 1), than you can start a game, so you're still on original controller 1 anyway...
(I'm on SNES mini)
