Is there a possibility to set server side, which when a user enters by default has set "utime_enable 0" instead of "utime_enable 1"?
I would like to hide the HUD from the users who enter and leave the user to activate it, if he wants to

I second this. I have had compatibility and performance issues with other addons. Keeping it hidden by default would be nice.

Even the ability to disable all client HUDs would be nice. We only use UTime for automated ULX functions and it's redundant in our SUI Scoreboard.
