[Feature] Add remote locations per-mod

Certain mods do not allow rehosting by modpack authors. (See JourneyMap for an example)

Having the ability to link to solder-formatted zips outside of the normal repo would be extremely helpful in these cases, since it's much easier than the current method, which is to add a special case in your nginx config for each such mod.

Definitely something we'll implement. Just have to figure out how first. There's some partial support for custom URLs in the current version of Solder (0.7.6), but it isn't in a usable state at all.
