What happened?

Title: Improve Form Alignment and Aesthetic Appeal on Contact Us Page for medium-small screen devices

Description:
The current layout of the "Contact Us" page is visually unbalanced. The form on the left and the map on the right are not properly aligned, resulting in a less professional appearance and negatively affecting user experience.

Proposed Improvements:

1. Vertically and horizontally align the form and map to create a balanced layout.
2. Adjust the margins and padding to ensure consistent spacing between the form and the map.
3. Ensure the layout is responsive and works well across various screen sizes.
4. Optionally, consider centering the form and map within the page for better aesthetics.

Expected Outcome:
The "Contact Us" page will look more professional and visually appealing, with a well-aligned layout that improves the user experience.
