出了什么问题？(What Happened?)
导入的作业，编辑作业步骤时，已存在的执行账号为空。
账号存在，编辑作业步骤不显示账号

分析：当业务下存在同名账号，别名不同，可能复现，比如有系统账号、数据库账号，都是root，在导入作业时，通过名称匹配，系统账号有可能匹配成数据库账号，在页面显示、执行时出问题
