Can't hammer bolts into a rowboat scaffolding

Expected Behavior

A rowboat are made by hammering 24 copper bolts into it.

Actual Behavior

I can't even hammer a single bolt into the scaffolding

Steps to Reproduce

Make a rowboat filled with planks.
Equip a hammer and hold bolts on your hands.
Right click.

It's just Copper bolt from Gregtech that doesn't work on rowboat scaffolding. Copper bolts from FirmaCiv can still be applied to scaffolding.

I can hammer the gregtech bolts in, but the boat doesn't finish. I don't have any FIRMACIV bolts, only Gregtech. No way to smithe in the anvil, just craft with file and saw. Modpack version 0.7.14
