The dough created is rotten.

This is same for any type of food made in GT machines, some may even consider it a feature
It can be easily mitigated by reentering the world or restart of the server, it seems that the date is calculated by usual expiration date counted from the start of the server.

For dough - you can smelt it rotten too into bread (which may not be rotten because it has greater expiration date)
