Steps to Reproduce

1 - i placed a green cape on an armor stand
2 - tried to retrieve it by clicking with an empty hand, didn't work (i had a cape on already, if it helps)
3 - tried breaking the armor stand
4 - cape didn't drop

What You Expect To Happen

I expected to get the cape in my hand when clicking with my empty hand, or at leat get it back when destroying the armor stand.

What Actually Happened

Cape did not drop.
