Links don't load on 404 page; CSS doesn't work quite right #4

For some reason the links that are supposed to be loaded don't show. The console on the 404 page says:

TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null

However, this same exact code, under essentially the same circumstances, works fine on the schedule pages. Additionally, there are some problems with the CSS on this page.
