Sorting in heterogeneous clusters

When I'm looking at the show --osds --sort-utilization output, I think it would be preferable if it sorted just by percentage, rather than by percentage and raw usage, which is what it seems to do at present. In other words, it shows all the smaller OSDs, then all the larger ones, in terms of device capacity.
