CC Color UI Overflow

Hi!

This has been an issue since before patch 7 released, so this was not introduced alongside patch 7 changes; the color selection panel in the Draconic Bloodline sorcerer facial scale tab overflows when more than a certain number of modded colors are added to the selection. This appears to be the only CC color menu that doesn't support scrolling via IUI.
