Alexion Pharmaceuticals Proprietary License

1. Definitions

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Alexion Pharmaceuticals ("Licensor") and the User ("You"). The software delivered in this package ("Software") consists of proprietary and confidential information of the Licensor, protected under copyright law and international treaties.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants you the rights to install and use the Software for internal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Software.

3. Restrictions

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Licensor.
