Create Docker Compose Configuration for Prometheus and Grafana

     • Include dashboards
2. Add prometheus.yml configuration
3. Create volumes for persistent storage
4. Configure network settings
5. Add environment variable templates
6. Write setup documentation

Acceptance Criteria:

• Docker Compose file successfully launches monitoring stack
• Prometheus correctly scrapes indexer metrics
• Grafana automatically connects to Prometheus
• Dashboards are automatically provisioned
• Documentation includes all setup steps
