Download failure flag

Lankelly Chase Foundation file, Grants awarded 2017-18 is flagged as failing to download. I checked the link, updated in Salesforce yesterday just in case and tested again this morning.
It is all downloading and passing as vaild - https://dataquality.threesixtygiving.org/data/7f90fe9b-b1e5-4df2-98bd-a5710c643aec

Only odd thing I can see is the file format is showing as CSV but it is xlsx.
Any idea what is happening?

Checking the Registry today, I can see all files are there, but the daily data test flags Grants awarded 2015-16 as failure to download, specifically

This file is a .xlsx , but flagged as a csv in the Registry page, as you observe. Daily data test seems to suggest they are all csv - so I'm not quite sure

weird it is a different file now. I notice the order has changed in the daily data test, so the first file is now 2015-6 - a csv & failing download.

@KDuerden @stevieflow I have tried to download the 'Grants awarded 2015-16' file and I could download and open it. I will check why it says it is a csv when it is a xlsx
