Describe the bug
GrantNav table view is not responsively showing more columns even on wide screens, and even though the title column is truncated to specifically allow for this

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to GrantNav main search
  2. Click on Table view
  3. Scroll down to results
  4. See error

Expected behavior
GrantNav table view should responsively show more columns on wide screens
