As a GrantNav visitor, I want to understand which grants are historic and which are currently ongoing

Describe the solution you'd like
Show "live grants" in Additional Data. Potentially make this filterable?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently people can work this out themselves by working out the Award Date + duration or looking at the planned dates, but it's effort
