Funders with multiple currencies results are inconsistent and chart is labelled GBP #60

The view warns that the results are only showing GBP but the charts give confusing results.

There are 353 grants mostly in $ but a few in £.
There is only one result in award amount filter by default
If you filter to a programme that only has $ grants, the results then start to show the grant amounts correctly but the amounts use £ symbols rather than $.
If you then add in other programmes with £ currency grants the charts revert to only giving one result.

In comparison, live 360Insights is able to display the results regardless of currency, and show their breakdown.

The enhancement should be that this tool knows how to properly handle multiple currencies. Suggest we don't fix the individual things above but instead make a larger enhancement.

Things have moved on since this was raised - how would we like to handle it now?

GrantNav also treats other currencies as if they are GBP
