if you /home while hovering with the jetplate, it will fall out of your inventory where you left from. if you go back to your original spot, it will be on the floor. Seems to happen more often if you hover close to the floor. Haven't tried in single player.
it happens on FTB:revelation and StoneBlock packs.
Simply Jetpack 2.2.7.45 (Stoneblock pack)

I found this because I am playing FTB Sky Adventures and am having some really weird behavior with my jetpack, notably that I keep throwing it on the ground at very inopportune times.
I don't know if this will help you, or if it's the same problem, but I was able to narrow it down that it only happens sometimes when I /home or /home using tab to autocomplete. So basically about 50% of the time (maybe more, I didn't do a TON of testing) if I do /home neth it will pick up my jetpack onto my cursor, as though I clicked on it in my inventory, which causes it then to throw on the ground, sometimes where I started, and sometimes at my destination.
In my case I believe it is to do with Crafting Tweaks. When I unbound "TAB" from "Refill Last" and "Refill Last (stack)" it seems to stop the willy nilly tossing of my jetpack. If you are playing with Crafting Tweaks it might be worth trying out.
Hi, It happens on two different packs.
