[TrackableEntities.EF.7] Add Support for Entity Framework 7 #98

Create a version of Trackable Entities which is compatible with EF7 and will run on ASP.NET 5. We should be able to leverage the new API for graph traversal and setting state on individual entities.

@askdong, thanks for the encouragement!

We are waiting for ASPNET Core (previously named ASPNET 5) to stabilize when RC2 is released, before adding this feature. But that should be soon.

What is the status of the support for .Net Core and EF Core?

This is being tracked also via issue #96, but I am too busy for the next couple of weeks to begin the work. Can you check back around Oct 28th?

Great timing on the follow up here .. I did a proof of concept for porting to .NET Core, and it's looking good. So I think I will go ahead and start work on it.
