The current method of defining the order doesn't seem to be working properly.
As well, showing the fields all in a long list is a sub-optimal way to do it. Offering the ordering as a set of dropdowns would be easier and would reduce the need to scroll.
As well, the list should respond to the list of selected fields from the first tab (no point on ordering by a column that doesn't exist in the report.
Alternatively, ditching this step entirely, and making the reports sortable with javascript?
