Logo
Include the Spay.LA Logo in the NavBar, which takes you to the top of the website upon click.

Hyperlink / Button Features (1 week for logo and hyperlink)
Implement the NavBar functionality through the Constellation NavBar module, binding each button / hyperlink to the sections labelled in the Figma

Location Detection (1 week for location detection)
Be able to identify which part of the website the user is scrolled down to, and have it labelled through some kind of color-shift or underline.
