Cannot ban accounts which were 'made' using steam login

Everytime I try to ban an account which is made using steam, it states either 'null' when clicking 'ban though...', and cant be found with the auto complete, and when typing in the whole name, it says user can not be found. I was able to ban my manual accounts though.

Ah yes the wonders of unicode. I might be able to fix this. I already injected a fix for pming (although without autocomplete)

Workaround is:

• Rename the user
• Ban
• Rename back
