I found x-envoy-expected-rq-timeout-ms are always set to the number in the configuration file. you can check this out put, where i set the x-envoy-upstream-rq-timeout-ms / x-envoy-upstream-rq-per-try-timeout-ms work as expected, but x-envoy-expected-rq-timeout-ms look incorrect.
I found
x-envoy-expected-rq-timeout-ms
