Sync Tools Error

Here's my text file

the problem i'm having is it scans ok but when i goto serato itch 2.2
it starts to scan them and it crashes: error  occured
i did notice at the bottom it has a warining msg about one of the folders 
but the main problem is it crashes and says ITCH Application the crashing
