This is a simple rename tool.
You need python 2.7 environment to run it.
Get the latest python 2.7 from http://www.python.org/download/ and install.
type "python rename_tool.py [dictionary]" in command line to rename all files in [dictionary].
type "python rename_tool.py -h" in command line to see more.
