Waypoints are not there

Hi Tyrsis I have dedicated server and try set up server waypoints so every player can see place worth to go , or set world on sectors ... issue is when I type in waypoints nobody can see them ... I can make my own 1 and I can see them but when its coming to server waypoints you cant , can you tell me how to setup server waypoints please?? thanks for that ... Mod is really good
