Feature Request: Rule for app

We can use ruleset only by content of links :(
What if I want start specific browser for Slack or Discord app?
Maybe we can find the window ID or the title where the link was clicked?

In editor of ruleset we can use picker of window id for example for matching browser.

A good idea, but I am not sure how to implement this or if this is even feasible at all.

Might need to research/investigate on this if there any win32 APIs that can catch the process source of the URI activation
