  • common license for all members of the group
  • better to follow the same license as the community
  • Popular options - MIT, GNU GPLv3

I think MIT license suits our package more. I think this package should be a helpful tool for users, they can have the option of using it to do almost everything, including flipping, scaling, grayscaling and blurring any images that are smaller than 1028*1028.

I think we should also include the license from numpy, opencv and matplotlib something like this maybe?
