When an anonymous user is viewing collaborations in /collaborationList, the list of collaborators in each collaboration should not be visible.
When a logged-in user is viewing this page, for collaborations they are a member of, the collaborator list should be visible.
For collaborations they are NOT a member of, should the list be visible? This is not decided.
