for the pathology stain icons, in outlier analysis results
-- tooltips correctly render when they are visible on first load
-- and correctly render when the number of genes is changed
-- but when right or left arrow is clicked to "page" through the genes, no visible icons will have tooltips after that until the number of genes is changed again; and then only newly revealed icons will have tooltips.
Probably changing outlier analysis results to be hands-on-table is higher priority than fixing this as a standalone issue.

I think this is because the template doesn't actually reload but the data
it depends on changes. I think you're right about the Handsontable being
higher priority. (Though we'll need to make a pagination extension for it
perhaps.)
