Depends on a different version of the wizard than hof-controllers #101

HOF currently depends on version 4 of the wizard whereas hof-controllers depends on version 3. Meaning that pulling down HOF means pulling down both versions of the wizard.

This makes it even more difficult to patch the validators and potentially opens us up to incompatibilities between the controllers and the wizard developers use.
