Licensing inconsistency with the hmpo modules #75

The HOF repos are licensed under GPLv2 whilst the HMPO modules are licensed under MIT. This is fine but it is a little odd and might trick the HMPO devs into thinking they can't use our code.

Has much thought been given to the licenses we use?

@jcavell @timgent any ideas on this one? I'd happily move to MIT if it's allowed.
