On using the set command, it only notifies about a single hospital in a district.

@abhinavk001, can you replicate this issue, I have tried some districts in Jammu & Kashmir with multiple available centers, and it worked as intended.

It may be because, your district had only one available center, if this happens again can you verify by checking CoWin Portal
