Integrate iNaturalist API Autocomplete feature to replace the existing way of autocompleting

As a user, I want the species search to work the same way it does on the iNaturalist website and app.
The challenge is that not all species from iNaturalist are used in the model, so we will need to determine how to filter species that are shown for the user to select.

@oz03-hub added nice autocomplete features that allow the user to see updated results as they type in the species name and link to the species' wikipedia page. It doesn't use the iNaturalist API at this time though
