Adapt existing chapter from the Carpentries chapter 2

Maybe we need to add some basics at the top like opening Git Bash?

@TabWilliams20 , I see in some of the other completed sections that the ::callout boxes are not rendering correctly. I have a couple in mine. Should we just include them as-is (I just copy and pasted MD from the Carpentries example and updated the text) or is there anything I should change before I submit my pull request?

@brandonkopp Just include them as-is. I'll go through the process to convert the site to the new carpentries format in a couple weeks. That should get the callout boxes working
