During the consultation from pc, when scrolling down the video module is not displayed entirely

Describe the bug
During the consultation from pc, the outer scrollbar should be disabled, as you can see the user is able to scroll down to the footer, and the video is not being displayed entirely

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Start a consolation from PC
2. Scroll down to the footer
3. The video module is not being displayed entirely

Expected behavior
To display the entire video even when scrolling down or disabling scrolling down during consultation

To fix this and remove the possibility of users getting confused with the scrolling (which might happen based on different screen sizes they might use ) we would suggest the following updates to the video consultation screen on the web version:

• Hide the navbar
• Hide the footer

well, I have a question for the earlier chat messages and events, will we have the scrollbar for chat? not the main scrollbar of the whole body,

The chat will be scrollable, as demonstrated in the video above and currently implemented. Additionally, we can ensure it remains visible at all times, not just when the user scrolls.
