Description for some columns has repeating text

Sometimes the description repeats. For example:
ANNOVAR consequence with Ensembl as gene model.\nMultiple consequences are separated by "|" The order corresponds to ANNOVAR_ensembl_Transcript_ID\nThe order corresponds to ANNOVAR_ensembl_Transcript_ID

Note "The order corresponds to ANNOVAR_ensembl_Transcript_ID" appears twice.
