When reprocessing the database by assay source, I ran into issues with tcplRun() related to the inclusion of export_ready = 0 endpoints. The specific errors varied, but were all associated to export_ready = 0 aeids. To navigate this use, I had to use tcplQuery to identify the export_ready = 1 aeids for reprocessing. Future reprocessing of this magnitude might be improved by the addition of a parameter exclude non-export ready endpoints.
