GCIS has the concept of Figures and of Images. Figures tend to be a diagram composed of one or more Images
This system doesn't handle illustrative photos very well. Should we consider a photo a Figure composed of one Image? How do we deal with photograph copyrights? Should we have a shell Image without the actual photo?
Which photographs are Figures, as opposed to backgrounds or supplemental content.
