Metrics Conventions

Where Activity is considered

In the situation of Publication1 -> Activity -> Publication2, ACtivities score contrinubtes to pub2 through its connection score.

For the special case of Figure Image Activity, we will consider Image Activities that then roll up. If a figure has no images, we will score that connection as zero, but look on the Figure for an activity/pub connection rather than assuming zero.
