Organise Examples

The Examples need to be better organized, and made available.

Maybe put them in the class repo template?

This is a tricky one -- most are downloaded as links from other notes pages. Those should probably stay put -- and if they are moved, then we need to make sure the links are fixed.

There may be some that are are not being linked at the moment -- those should probably be put somewhere else --the class repo template?
