Darwin for Everyone: Darwin as personal chat/search assistant in the enterprise context

Right now in danswer, there is a 1:1 mapping between an assistant and slack channel and this kind of makes chatting with danswer inefficient as by default danswer will look at the whole search space

Can we have a wrapper on top of danswer, where on chatting with danswer via DM, there should be an option to select default assistant and for all further chat conversations with danswer the same assistant should be used

This kind of avoids the necessity of exposing danswer UI to end users and end users also doesn't have to leave slack for finding answers
