USI-LS: KSP Crashes upon entering VAB

I apologize for the impending wall of text, I have zero programming skill so as best as I can tell this is the only section of the output log that contained useful information. Or at least the word "Error". I've attached the error and output log as well, hopefully that'll give you guys what you need.

It seems that when I went to the VAB to start building it failed to load a part. It was working fine until I unlocked Engineering 101 and Survivability, so probably its one of those parts. I uninstalled USI-LS and started a new game in sandbox which worked fine, so hopefully the same problem doesn't exist with any of the other mods.

Like I said I'm kind of a moron when it comes to coding, but if there's anything else I can do to help troubleshoot, please let me know.
