Render HTML hosted in Google Drive

Usage: https://unaim.github.io/gdrive_html/?key=[1]&id=[2], where:

  1. A properly set-up Google Cloud Platform project’s API key.
  2. The portion between https://drive.google.com/file/d/ and /view?usp=sharing of a public HTML file’s link.
