Extended token list for Base #37

Hi,
How is the Extended token list implemented for the Base chain at this moment?
How can we get our token listed there and remove the warning on Uniswap V2 interface? We would like to be moved from "Warning" category to "Info label" as stated here https://support.uniswap.org/hc/en-us/articles/8723118437133-What-are-token-warnings

At this point, we are listed on Trustwallet token list that should be implemented by Uniswap, but the listing is not propagated to the Uniswap interface: https://github.com/trustwallet/assets/blob/master/blockchains/base/tokenlist.json
