Loading screen does not support 21:9 screens

Short description
When the game loads, the loading screen does not adjust to a 21:9 display like the rest of the game does. Because it does not adjust to the screen, the loading screen is overlayed on top of the menu screen.

Expected behavior
The loading screen should adjust to the display it is being displayed in. or add black bars to aspect ratios it does not support.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start game
2. Either star a new save or continue
3. game load screen will appear without proper aspect ratio in ultra-wide screen format.
