How can I provide an array of samples to the UniversalSampleEditor ?

I need to provide an array of samples to UniversalSampleEditor, from which each item can be provided using the Next\Previous buttons.
I tried using the callback onExit() and changing the input 'sample', but was not successful. Can some one guide me ?
